Hi, I’m Vikki, a Kolbe Certified Consultant since 2018, and I’ve conducted hundreds of assessments to help individuals, teams, business leaders, and young adults understand how they naturally take action.
I discovered Kolbe after a career-defining wake-up call. I was promoted from managing a high-performing sales team into an operations role that didn’t align with how I instinctively worked. Surrounded by leaders who thrived on research and structure, I found myself exhausted, frustrated, and constantly falling short of expectations. Within a month, two mentors introduced me to Kolbe, and everything clicked—I wasn’t failing; I was simply in a role that fought against my natural strengths.
Now, I help leaders, professionals, and teams who unknowingly experience the same misalignment. Many rely on DISC or StrengthsFinder, which focus on personality and skills—but that’s not where frustration comes from. The real issue? How people instinctively take action. Leaders often hire, train, and manage based on their own strengths, then wonder why their team isn’t performing as expected.
Where Kolbe Makes the Difference
Through hundreds of assessments and consulting sessions, I’ve helped people:
✅ Identify how they naturally solve problems and get things done
✅ Eliminate frustration caused by mismatched work styles
✅ Strengthen collaboration, delegation, and execution
✅ Prevent costly hiring mistakes by ensuring the right people are in the right roles
✅ Gain clarity on why some tasks feel energizing—and why others drain them
Understanding your instinctive strengths changes everything—not just at work, but in personal relationships, leadership, and decision-making.
Outside of work, I savor a juicy medium-rare steak, enjoy watching baby and pet reels, and treasure time spent with friends and family. I also find renewal in nature walks, which keep me refreshed and motivated.
If you’re tired of feeling stuck, frustrated with your team, or struggling with execution, let’s talk.
The way forward starts with understanding how you—and others—naturally work best.
